The challenge
Events live and die on how they look before anyone shows up. RK Entertainment's concerts in Kansas City, including cultural shows drawing 3,000-plus people, needed event-specific creative that could move fast: a poster announce, a countdown reel, a day-of graphic, and a post-show recap, all before the next event cycle started.
Generic stock-template posters were getting ignored in crowded feeds. The shows deserved visuals that matched their energy.
What we do
We function as the in-house creative team for RK Entertainment's events calendar. For each event we produce:
Concert posters built around the artist and venue, with typography and color treatment designed for both print and Instagram. Reels and short-form video content that announce the show and drive ticket link clicks. Day-of social graphics with lineup details, timing, and parking information. Post-event recap content from the show itself.
We keep a template system for fast turnarounds while customizing each piece to the specific event, so a Bollywood night and a hip-hop concert don't look like they came from the same design pack.
The outcome
The creative ships on time, every event. Kansas City shows have sold to capacity with audiences above 3,000 with consistent visual presence across print and social. The RK Entertainment brand is recognizable across the Kansas City events community because every touchpoint looks deliberate.
