The product
FoxtINN replaces the eight to ten disconnected tools that multi-location operators typically run: scheduling in one app, time clock in another, tasks in a third, communications in a fourth. The platform consolidates all of them with Lala, an AI virtual manager that monitors every location in real time and handles shift call-outs, coverage gaps, and compliance flags before they reach the general manager.
The platform serves hotels, restaurants, retail, salons, gyms, clinics, gas stations, car washes, and a dozen more industries. The mobile app handles geofenced clock-in, real-time task management, QR-based customer requests, and multilingual SOPs for staff on the floor.
What Suvysoft built
Suvysoft is the engineering team behind FoxtINN. The engagement covers the full product surface: the marketing site at foxtinn.com, the core web application, the iOS and Android mobile apps, and the Finance One owner intelligence layer that reconciles night audit data and franchise scorecards automatically.
The stack is modern and production-grade: Next.js for the web surface, React Native for mobile, Node backend, and AI integration for the Lala virtual manager layer. Every piece is built for scale because the target customer runs hundreds of locations.
Active work continues on the hotel-owner app, extending Finance One to give property owners a full P&L, RevPAR, occupancy, and payment reconciliation view that updates automatically after each night audit closes.
The outcome
FoxtINN is live with 500-plus locations across more than 15 industries. The platform maintains 99.9% uptime. Both the iOS and Android apps hold a 4.9 App Store rating. Customers are replacing six or more tools with a single FoxtINN subscription.
Suvysoft remains the active engineering partner as the product grows into new verticals and the owner-intelligence layer expands.
