About this serviceWhat it is, who it is for.

Hosting & Maintenance is one of the 8 services in our Digital Growth line. Managed hosting, backups, security patches, uptime monitoring, and incremental improvements. Cloudflare or AWS, your choice. Every engagement starts with a no-charge audit so you know exactly what we will build, why, and what it will move.

We work the same way across every project: an experienced lead who scopes the work and then delivers it, a written quote tied to outcomes (not hours), weekly demos, and a working preview URL inside week one. No bait-and-switch, no junior teams handed your project, no surprise invoices.

Who it is for
  • Owners and founders who want hosting & maintenance done by an experienced crew, not learned on their dime.
  • Small and medium businesses outgrowing template-built tools and ready for something custom.
  • Teams that have tried agencies before and want one accountable lead, weekly demos, and a transparent quote.
  • Kansas City businesses that want a local partner with global delivery capacity behind it.

Frequently askedThe questions owners ask.

Before kickoff.

Do you host on Cloudflare or AWS?

Whichever fits your traffic and stack. Most marketing sites and web apps run on Cloudflare Pages, Workers, and R2. Sites that need a managed database or heavier compute run on AWS or DigitalOcean. We pick the shape during the audit and explain the trade-off before you commit.

What happens if the site goes down?

Synthetic checks run every 60 seconds from three regions. On-call coverage during business hours picks up the alert, and every Sev-1 incident gets a written post-incident report you can read or forward to your team.

How often are backups taken, and can I restore one myself?

Database and file backups run every 24 hours and are retained for 30 days, with one-click restore. If you want a hands-on walkthrough of the restore flow so your team is not waiting on us, we will do that during onboarding.

Can you migrate our existing site without downtime?

Yes. We stage the migration on a preview URL, test it fully, drop the DNS TTL ahead of cutover, then flip traffic. Most cutovers happen with no visible downtime and a rollback plan in place if something looks wrong.

What does managed hosting cost?

Priced by infrastructure shape and traffic, not a flat rate. We start with a free hosting audit on your existing site so you know exactly what is running today and what a managed plan would replace before any number is quoted.

Want hosting that does not ruin your weekend?

We do free hosting audits on existing sites. Tell us where it is breaking, we will tell you what to fix.
