Graphic Designer
Design the visual identity that shows up across our clients' websites, social media, paid ads, and pitch decks. You will work alongside the marketing lead and an experienced copywriter to deliver work that does not look like everyone else's.

What you will do
- Design social media posts, ad creatives, posters, and event collateral for retainer clients across hospitality, healthcare, e-commerce, and SaaS.
- Build and maintain brand sheets (color, typography, components) for new clients during the first two weeks of every retainer.
- Pair with the marketing lead on weekly creative refreshes for paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
- Animate select social posts and hero moments using Lottie, After Effects, or CSS where it earns its place.
- Own the visual quality bar across our own marketing surfaces (this site, decks, sales collateral).
What we are looking for
- 3+ years designing for agencies, in-house brand teams, or freelance with named clients.
- Portfolio that shows range across social, print, and brand systems, not just one aesthetic.
- Fluent in Figma. Comfortable enough in Adobe CC to open and deliver anything legacy.
- Type and color craft. You can defend your kerning and your contrast ratios.
- Self-directed. We do weekly demos and Slack updates, not daily check-ins.
Nice to have
- Motion design (After Effects, Rive, Lottie).
- Print production background.
- Web design experience handing off to engineers.
- Comfort with AI image tools as part of the workflow, not as a replacement for craft.
