The challenge

The Google Business Profile was half-finished across three locations. Service pages were generic and ranked for nothing local. The ad account was burning 60% of spend on broad-match terms that never converted to a booked appointment, and there was no attribution between ad clicks and the booking system.

What we did

We started with a no-charge audit, then took on local SEO, paid ads, and creative under one retainer. Rewrote eight service pages with hyper-local detail (parking, neighborhoods, insurance plans accepted), fixed the GBP across all three locations, reset the ad strategy from broad-match to phrase and exact-match, and wired GA4 server-side so every booking traced back to its source.

The outcome
